Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to WaliaTender.com are generally non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Services

Payments for subscription plans (daily, monthly, or other access) are non-refundable once access has been activated, regardless of usage level.

3. Bid Document Purchases

In cases where WaliaTender sells bid documents on behalf of a seller or issuing organization:

• WaliaTender acts only as an agent or intermediary
• Bid document fees are non-refundable once delivered
• Document ownership and conditions remain with the issuer

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same service
• Payment received but service or document not delivered due to our fault

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Failure to win a tender
• User misunderstanding of tender requirements
• Changes or cancellations by tender issuers
• User negligence or failure to verify information

6. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 working days of payment, with valid proof of transaction.

7. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Walia ICT Solutions and are final.
